Well... honestly, that's something I've asked myself about Mc Donalds after going to the USA a few times for work. I did stop at a few Mc Donalds restaurants because that was the first thing I found while I was on the road and felt like it was time to take a break from driving to eat something.
The 4 or 5 Mc Donalds I visited in the USA (in NY and NJ) seemed to be stuck in the past. They looked old and they had the "old" menus with only the classic items without all the stuff that seems to have been added on the Canadian side in the last 5 or 6 years. (No McWrap, no angus burgers, none of "special" coffees that are not really coffee anymore...)
Am I crazy or just ended up stopping at bad Mc Donalds?
Before Canada, where McDees are nicer and cleaner, from US experience, I thought that it's the place of last resort when it comes to humanly edible food.
